k1k Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing k1k at k1k.onl, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of k1k regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser or mobile browser.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together form the complete user agreement for k1k. If there is any conflict between these documents, the Terms and Conditions take precedence unless stated otherwise.

k1k reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Where changes are material, k1k will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Account Registration

To use the k1k platform beyond browsing public pages, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You may hold only one account on k1k. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, or used by, any other person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. k1k is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or using another person's identity documents, are prohibited.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to operating fairly and securely, k1k requires all accounts to undergo identity verification — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — before withdrawals can be processed. KYC may also be triggered at other points during your account history at k1k's discretion.

The standard KYC process requires you to submit:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back.
• A selfie or photograph confirming your identity matches the CNIC provided.
• Proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and number) may be requested.

k1k processes KYC submissions as promptly as possible. Documents that are unclear, expired, or do not match account registration details will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit. k1k recommends completing KYC verification early — before your first withdrawal request — to avoid any delays when you are ready to withdraw funds.

04 Deposits and Payments

k1k accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits
• Raast — interbank instant payment transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank transfers
• Mobile wallets and debit/credit cards — where supported

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits should reflect in your k1k balance promptly. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact k1k support with proof of your transaction.

k1k does not accept deposits made from payment accounts that are not in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account on your behalf — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from an account not matching the k1k account holder may be returned and the account reviewed.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from k1k are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• k1k does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges — check with them separately.
• Verified accounts typically receive JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing times.
• k1k reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

k1k offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and other promotions to both new and existing members. The following general bonus terms apply across all k1k promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separately in your k1k balance. Real money is used first in most bet types unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game types or betting categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a slots bonus on sports bets, for example, may not count toward wagering.
• k1k reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including cancelling a bonus from a player's account if misuse or abuse is detected.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times is considered bonus abuse.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting on k1k, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. k1k does not allow cancellation of a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules stated for that specific sport or competition. For Cricket, if fewer than a minimum number of overs are completed, specific rules apply — these are displayed in the betting lobby for each event.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds at which your bet is accepted. Live odds may fluctuate during in-play betting.
• k1k reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome is already determined — this applies to bets placed due to technical errors, odds feed delays, or any other cause where the outcome was knowable at the time of placing.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface.
• k1k reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.

08 Slot and Casino Games

k1k's slot games library and Game Lobby are provided through certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and Big Time Gaming, among others. The following terms apply:

• All slot games on k1k use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by k1k.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game provider and is displayed within the game information panel. RTPs represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees for individual sessions.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, any affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance. k1k is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k1k. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false information, using stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, exploiting promotion terms through abnormal play patterns, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral or group bonus structures.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in multiplayer games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools — bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, play games, or interact with k1k automatically without genuine human input.
• Money laundering — depositing funds with no intention to gamble, or using k1k to move funds between accounts.
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, incorrect odds, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a platform error may be voided.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward k1k staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

k1k may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder with their bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. k1k will attempt to contact the registered email before applying any dormancy restrictions.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting k1k support. Any remaining real-money balance on a voluntarily closed account will be withdrawn to your verified payment method after completing standard withdrawal processing. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure unless the wagering requirement has already been met.

11 Responsible Gaming

k1k takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help players manage their activity. k1k's full approach is detailed on the Responsible Gaming page, but the core principles are as follows:

• Gaming on k1k should be treated as entertainment with a cost — not as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses.
• Set a PKR budget before each session and do not exceed it regardless of the session outcome.
• k1k provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible from within your account settings.
• Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously. Once a self-exclusion is active, k1k will not accept deposits or allow play from that account for the duration specified.

12 Privacy and Data

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, k1k's liability to any user is limited as follows:

• k1k is not responsible for losses caused by internet outages, device failures, or connectivity issues on the player's end during an active game or bet.
